Find Rest is a gospel-focused ministry that invites people into the rest-filled reality that they are seen, heard, known, and loved through the finished work of Jesus.
At the center is the desire to share life with individuals or couples that find themselves investigating spiritual health, sustainability, and direction as it pertains to their faith and life journey. We engage in learning and retreat opportunities that provide insight, instruction, and development of spiritual formation. And, we develop resources that help to encourage and enlighten people toward the idea of finding true rest.
Also, our hope is to serve those who serve and be a missionary to the missionaries. We want to walk alongside pastors, vocational ministry workers, and business leaders to help process current work/life challenges and determine a pathway forward to find healing, restoration, and reinvigoration via conversation and biblical study. Our four focuses:
1) SEEing
We want you to know that you are SEEN in your pursuit of rest. You are not alone in walking out this journey. We also want you to SEE that there is hope in the midst of your situation.
2) HEARing
We want you to feel HEARD as you are processing your story. You will have a compassionate and attentive listening ear that is available to serve you as you walk forward toward rest. We also want you to HEAR the truth, challenge and encouragement of God’s word as it relates to His desire for us to Find Rest.
3) KNOWing
We want you to feel KNOWN as you discover the condition of your true self. You will have a guide that will remain with you in your processing the discoveries you make as you look inward. We also what you to KNOW the heart and intentions of God toward you in your processing time.
4) LOVing
We want you to feel LOVED as you look ahead to the future. You will be encouraged and championed as you take steps forward in health from your new perspective. We also want you to know what it means to LOVE others well as you live out your purpose from a place of rest.

My story contains a bunch of twists and turns that have shaped who I am today. It began when I was born and raised in New Jersey. It took a beautiful turn when I started running with Jesus in college. It continues today with a focused sense of purpose:
To invite people into the story of God, so they feel seen, known, and loved.
I've had the privilege of opening the word, serving, and working with some super cool folks, partnering in pointing to hope. It's a beautiful mystery as to why the Lord has allowed me to experience such grace, but I'm just a beggar trying to show other beggars where the bread is.
Along the way, I wrote a book called "Soul Rest" that came from a season of deep learning and growing. It connects to my absolute belief that God's desire for humanity is that we would find rest in His finished work. I've had some fantastic opportunities to share this hope with churches, ministries, businesses, and organizations around the country.
When I have the time, I enjoy reading, running and exploring coffee and food spots around the country. I live in Franklin, Tennessee with the love of my life, Monique, and my two boys, Noah and Micah.
